早くもMedicine Show Vol.2のInformation!!

奇数月はMadlibのオリジナルプロダクト、偶数月はMixシリーズをリリースするそうな。
どーやら”Medicine Show”シリーズは全てMadlib自身が立ち上げたMadlib Invazionからのリリースになるとの事。

で今回1発目となるMixはBrazilian funk, psychedelic, prog-rock and jazzなどBrazil物Mix。
恐らくCDオンリーでのリリースっぽいですがなかなか気になる内容。1発目からこーやと次回以降への期待も膨らむばかり。

んでもってジャケットを手がけるのはPBWの盟友Jeff Jank。
ホンマに質の高いマニュファクチュアですな。

木曜のSound Channel、店に着くと見慣れない細身のシャレオツB-BOYが一人。
MamooのPlayにエエ感じで揺れてるな～、と思ってたら
SHOW TIKU BAI Premiumに収録されてるSTREET LOVE / JUNGGIGOでfeatされてるIvy君でした。

自身のプロモーションで来日していたようで、いつもながらの俺の拙い英語も理解してくれ？なんとかコミュニケーションに成功、CDまで頂いちゃいました。

韓国のHiphopシーンといえばJazzy SportやGagleのblogでチラ見した程度で未知の世界でしたが、いやーやっぱりいる所にはいるもんだなぁ、と関心させられる内容。
タイトル通りJazzネタのユル～BeatとIvy君の語りかけるような柔らかいFlowがいい感じにマッチ。
R.A.M.P/Dayrightネタの”Jazziest Uno”、今っぽい”Luv Makin’ Machine”なんかがいい感じ。
他もユルめなGood Beatsが多くて、特にLoungeで使えそうな好内容。THX!!
